The Firm has a great deal of experience in providing energy regulatory counsel related to enforcement, compliance and permitting issues.
Our regulatory lawyers have represented a broad spectrum of industry participants in the form of investor-owned utilities, municipal utilities and private producers before the Texas Public Utility Commission ("PUC") and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). Banking
Delgado & Associates, P.C. provides advice on transactional matters for both domestic and international clients. The transactional matters include preparing unsecured and secured loan agreements for banks and for corporate and state agencies revolving loan funds.

Real Estate and Structured Finance
Delgado & Associates, P.C. regularly works with private developers, non-profit community groups, banks and churches in structuring affordable multi-family and single-family housing developments and community development projects such as business incubator projects. Often the Firm is called upon to assist clients in complying with municipal laws and regulations in order to access government funds to complete proposed financings. The Firm has experience in drafting Open Access Plans for the City of New Orleans and in ensuring compliance with various local, state and federal guidelines which maybe required with respect to certain business and finance transactions.

Civil and Appellate litigation as both defense and plaintiff’s counsel related to commercial disputes and/or administrative rulings. The head of the Firm’s litigation department has ample experience in administrative matters with various government agencies including the Texas Workforce Commission, social security administration, and Worker’s Compensation Commission.
