Public Finance

Banking

Delgado & Associates, P.C. provides advice on transactional matters for both domestic and international clients. The transactional matters include preparing unsecured and secured loan agreements for banks and for corporate and state agencies revolving loan funds.

Real Estate and Structured Finance

Delgado & Associates, P.C. regularly works with private developers, non-profit community groups, banks and churches in structuring affordable multi-family and single-family housing developments and community development projects such as business incubator projects. Often the Firm is called upon to assist clients in complying with municipal laws and regulations in order to access government funds to complete proposed financings.
